This was our first time dining here. There were a few other patrons dining, but the restaurant was not full. The soccer matches were being televised rather loudly, making it slightly difficult to hold a conversation. It is an all you can eat Korean BBQ menu with a good selection of food items. Our food items were brought by a robot which was fun to see. It was a little confusing, because when we sat down, the server started to cook the food at our table, then left. There were no further instructions provided on how to proceed cooking the other food items. At one point the table area got very smoky and another employee had to adjust the cooking temperature and change the grill pan. We also had to ask for clean plates between some of the dishes to avoid mixing flavors. (For example, we had to use the same plates that had our salad on them to eat the rice, cooked vegetables and protein selections). It would also have been helpful to have a separate plate to place the cooked items for sharing, so they didn’t get overcooked or burnt. The food items were fresh, seasoned well and enjoyable once we figured out the cooking process.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. The service was attentive without being overbearing, CY checked in at the right moments and were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. As for the food, everything came out fresh and well-presented. The flavors were balanced, and you could tell quality ingredients were used. Portions were satisfying without feeling excessive, and the menu had a nice variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a spot I’d definitely come back to, whether for a casual meal or something a bit more special. Great combination of solid service and consistently good food.

Inside is really nice. They lots of tables and have space for big groups. They have music at a reasonable level and a big projection screen. This was my brother's first experience with kbbq and he really enjoyed it. They have a tablet to order which is very convenient. The meat and sides were very tasty. We got the brisket, bulgogi, and sorreno bulgogi. All very good the sorreno had a very nice flavor. The staff were kind and attentive. We didn't trying it but they also had a wide selection of Ramen to choose from. There's something for everyone 😊

Wow, Kow is a great place to get some Korean bbq. I've been to many Korean bbq to include in Korea. I like Kow. Very modern cool feel to the place. Now I've only been here during slow early hours but the food is the same I'm sure. They have a small ramen bar to get you started if you want, but maybe hold some space for the rest. We had the dinner meal and it had everything we could want and more. Did I say all you can eat? We ate too much, but left happy. If you don't know Korean bbq, you Grill your own food so it is just the way you like it. The servers are happy to help if you need it. Other than the overfull stomach we left with, have nothing but good things to say. Even liked the giant video screens around the restaurant. Check it out. 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One of the better Korean BBQ places in the north subs. The ramen station was cool. Overall the feeling was fun and relaxed. Service was excellent with Cy taking care of us. Try the assorted pickles.
